On March 18th Jason Belfi was promoted to green belt. Jason is 14 years old and has been training with us for 3 years. He rarely misses a class and stays late every class. For his promtion he was directed to teach his double under pass to the back to collar choke, he also taught how to defend a head and arm choke.
